About Us
Giban was founded in Strasbourg in 2008 and began its operations as one of the first event management companies in its region and country. Since its establishment, it has operated with the vision of producing organizations, events, and services on an international scale, undertaking projects that bring together different cultures and expectations.
During the period of operations based in Europe, culture-specific and end-to-end planned service models were developed, particularly for international wedding organizations. All processes, from chef selection to venue decoration, bridal car to music and orchestra organization, were professionally managed according to the regional and cultural needs of the wedding host. In addition, catering services, exhibition organizations, and stand setups at regional events were carried out.
Within the scope of conferences and B2B meetings; special presentation organizations and professional catering services were provided, and the planning and implementation processes of corporate events were successfully carried out. Additionally, stand setups were completed at fairs and rallies held throughout France, Germany, and Switzerland; and hostess provision and catering services were supplied in connection with these organizations.
Giban has operated not only in the field of organization but also with the e-commerce infrastructures it created in-house. Wedding invitations and wedding supplies were sold across Europe, and an active and sustainable e-commerce service was provided in this field between 2008–2020.
With a strategic and radical decision, a return to Turkey was made; and with this process, Giban began to continue its activities in different business lines. Carrying its international experience gained since 2015 to Turkey-based projects, it adapted its professional approach in the field of organization and events to new markets.
Today, Giban Event continues its activities by combining its multicultural organization experience from the past with planning discipline, operational competence, and a professional perspective.
